THE COVERAGE
- In order for me to provide complete coverage of your event, including some posed portraits and photojournalistic documentation, it is necessary that all participants to be photographed be dressed and ready at the designated times.
- Up to 25% of the photography coverage may be in B&W at no additional charge.
- Overtime may be purchased for $200/hr. The hour may be divided into 15-minute increments ($50 per 15 minutes). This is time purchased only and not a guarantee of more proofs than the package outlines.
THE TRAVEL TERMS
- For event locations that involve driving outside the metro Atlanta area (to be determined by Photography by Malia), the client will pay a travel fee of $35/hour to cover cost of gas and travel time.
- For destination events that involve extensive travel and/or staying overnight, the client will pay for all reasonable expenses incurred (to be determined between the client and Photography by Malia).
THE CLASSIC ALBUM
- Contact sheets bound together and a CD of your images are delivered 4-6 weeks after the event.
- The images on CD allow you to enlarge and view your wedding photos on the computer and share them with friends and family through email.
- You will receive a worksheet with mat guides for layout options to design your album at home. Then, you will meet with me to go over the worksheet and make any changes to complete the design.
- Image sizes are square (for medium format) & rectangle (for 35mm format). It is important to notice the format when choosing images to go in certain mats.
- One album design meeting for up to two hours is included in package. Each additional hour is $25. Album is due to be completed 4-6 weeks after the date of the design meeting. Additional pages may be purchased for $25/ea. (includes photos).
- Orders for parent album(s) must be placed at the same time as the bride & groom's album design meeting. (See separate information for selections and pricing).
THE CONTEMPORARY ALBUM
- Contact sheets bound together and a CD of your images are delivered 4-6 weeks after the event.
- The images on CD allow you to enlarge and view your wedding photos on the computer and share them with friends and family through email.
- You will select around 75 of your favorite photos to be used in the album and make notes of ones to highlight.
- This album is a flush-mount album, which means the images are part of the page rather than photographs inserted in to album pages with mats.
- I will design your album and have you provide feedback and approve it before sending it to press.
THE REPRINTS
- Additional reprints for the bride & groom, friends and family need to be placed at the time of the album design meeting. Reprint orders must be paid in advance in order to be expedited.
- Availability of your negatives for reprints is guaranteed for one year following your event.
- You may purchase your negatives for 15% of the cost of your package purchased. They become available for purchase 30 days after your album is delivered to you, in order to allow time for studio samples to be printed and/or scanned.
THE PAYMENT TERMS
- The retainer payment is required to reserve your date and to confirm this agreement.
- If for any reason the event is cancelled, the retainer will not be returned unless another event replaces your date. If the date is postponed, the retainer will apply to that later date based on availability of Photography by Malia.
- The balance of the package is due two weeks prior to the event date.
